Welcome to Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Faith Formation Registration 2022-2023! |

Registration is open from July 1st to August 31st, 2022.
|
|
|
|
Program Overview 2022-2023: This year, we will have a dual approach to our faith formation program with each level having at home instruction and in person events. We have created a structure that will allow the faith instruction for the children to begin with the family and work its way out toward parish life participation.
|
|
|
|
Fee: Families enrolling in Faith Formation are asked to contribute to the support of the parish.
|
|
***Early Bird Special (July 1 - July 31st): $215 for one child, $315 for two children, & $415 for three or more children.
|
|
***After July 31st (August 1 - August 31): $295 for one child, $395 for two children, $495 for three or more children.
|
|
***Sacrament Fee: $100 for First Communion Year (Level 2) or $125 for Confirmation Year (Level 7).
|
|
|
|
For Returning Students: Your child's registration will not be complete until their work from the 2021-2022 school year has been completed/submitted. If they have not completed their work by July 31st, 2022, they will be required to remain at the same level and not move forward.
|
|
|
|
For First-Time Registrants: Your child's registration will not be finalized until the Faith Formation Office has received a copy of his/her baptismal certificate. Please send to our office at 800 Portion Road, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 (attn. Faith Formation). If your child is coming from another parish�s program, we need a letter of transfer along with the baptismal certificate.

For Children Returning to Faith Formation After an Absence of 1 or More Years: Please call the office at (631) 737-8915 BEFORE submitting your online registration. Also, let us know if your child is in grade 3 or older and has not yet received First Communion.

|
|
|
Start of the Year Parent Meetings and packet pick ups will be held the first week of September.
